Allore is hiring a Senior Chatter to own VIPs for a top 0.68% creator (~$30k/mo net, scaling to $100k).
One 8-hour US prime-time shift. Base + commission + monthly team bonuses. References required.

About the role
We’re hiring one Senior Chatter to lead the chat team for our flagship creator (top 0.68%, ~$30k/mo net
average, established VIP list, GFE primary tone). You’ll own her VIP whale relationships, set tone
standards for the rest of the team, and supervise two additional chatters once they join.
This is a senior seat. You’re not getting trained on the basics — you’re calibrating tone, handling
escalations, and protecting whales that already exist. We’re hiring you to break through a $30k/mo
plateau and push the account toward $100k/mo by end of year.
What you’ll do
• Own the US prime-time shift (12pm-8:30pm EST, 8 hours + 30-min handoff)
• Handle VIP-tier fans ($500+ lifetime) directly — DNR-tier whales stay with the creator
• Run tone QA on two Serbia-based chatters as they join (mid-June through July, timing flexes with
hiring pace)
• Coordinate voice note requests with the creator (you collect details, she records)
• Maintain the fan-tag system (VIP, DNR, new sub, mid-tier, Time Waster) and escalate tier
upgrades
What you won’t do
• Cold-message new subs — automation handles that
• Fake voice notes via AI — instant termination, no exceptions
• Off-platform contact with fans without written approval
Requirements
• 1+ year of paid OF chatting experience with a creator generating $10k+/mo
• Native or fluent English (read as US/UK/Canada-natural in DMs)
• Available for a fixed 8-hour shift in US prime time (12pm-8:30pm EST)
• Two professional references with full contact info — email AND phone number. We may reach out
by any channel.
• A short writing sample created during the application (in-form prompt response) AND completion
of our take-home tone test at Stage 2 — plus 2-3 anonymized DMs from past work
(names/handles blurred), requested at Stage 2
• Comfort with GFE — soft + casual + bratty domme + explicit, all within a single conversation
• Familiarity with a CRM platform (Infloww preferred, Supercreator or similar also fine)
• Discretion: you understand why we don’t name our creator publicly until NDA is signed
Compensation — performance-gated, raises are earned
Allore starts pay modest and raises it as you prove out. We’d rather pay you more as you deliver than
start high and have to walk it back. Here’s the ladder:
• Base — probation (days 1-30): $5/hr USD + 8% commission
• Base — after 30-day review: $6/hr USD + 8% commission
• Base — 90 days hitting KPI floors: $7-8/hr OR commission bump to 10% (your pick)
• Monthly team bonus: paid flat USD per chatter when team hits monthly revenue tiers ($50k /
$75k / $100k team net). Senior Lead bonus is 50% higher than chatter bonus.
• Expected OTE: $3,000-$5,500/mo for the right operator at the team’s current pace, climbing as
we scale toward $100k/mo
• Holdback: 20% of weeks 1-4 commission held until 30-day mark, released if no NDA/contract
violations
• Payment: weekly via a digital payout platform (TBD — likely Wise, Zelle, Venmo, or similar; Allore
will confirm before start date)
• Contract: NDA + 6-month scoped non-compete + 12-month non-solicitation required before any
account access
Hiring process (7-10 days total)
1. Application + writing sample (30 min, via our Typeform)
2. Written tone test — 5 scenarios scored on voice match, sales instinct, recovery (24-hour
turnaround)
3. Live roleplay — 30 min over chat, three fan personas
4. Sign NDA + chatter contract
5. Paid 48-hour trial shift — $80 flat fee
6. Decision within 48 hours of trial
