5. Financial Terms

5.3. The Platform is not a participant in financial transactions between users and does not control them.
5.4. The Platform is not responsible for any payments made by users.

6.1. The Platform is not liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, data or reputation, user actions, or outcomes of interactions between users.
6.2. All information on the Site is provided “as is” without any warranties.

7.2. The user independently decides whether to interact with other users and bears all related risks.
8. Intellectual Property

9.3. Vacancies must contain truthful information, clear cooperation terms, and correct contact details.
9.4. The Platform may remove vacancies or refuse publication without explaining the reasons.
10. Public Offer
10.1. This document is a public offer for the provision of services.
10.2. By using the Site or paying for services, the user automatically accepts the terms of this offer.
10.3. The service is considered provided from the moment it is activated.
10.4. After access to a service is provided, funds are not refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate payment.
10.5. The Platform does not guarantee any result from using the services.
11. Rule Changes
