We’re looking for remote chat operators to join our team.

What you’ll do:

Chat with fans on the platform

Follow clear guidelines and instructions

Keep conversations active and engaging

Follow platform rules and internal policies

What we’re looking for:

A computer or laptop (8GB RAM or more, Windows 10 or macOS 13.1+)

Stable internet connection

Attention to detail, reliability, and patience

No experience required — full training is provided

What we offer:

100% remote work

Full-time schedule: 6 days on / 1 flexible day off

Shift options:

5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Bonuses & payouts:

Trans models — 10%, increased to 13% after 4 months

BDSM models — 11%, increased to 14% after 4 months

Soft models — 12%, increased to 15% after 4 months
