Job Description

We are an international team specializing in marketing and full management of OnlyFans accounts. We work exclusively with large, well-established models and celebrities who have consistent traffic and an active audience.

Unlike most agencies, we do not work with unknown models — you will immediately work with profitable, high-performing accounts 🔥

Due to team expansion, we are currently looking for a Chat Manager / Chatter for a remote position.

📌 Work Schedule

Work format: 5/2 (five days on, two days off). Days off are agreed individually with the Team Lead.

Available shifts:

🕗 08:00–16:00 — Morning shift
🌆 16:00–24:00 — Evening shift
🌙 24:00–08:00 — Night shift

Full-time position — 8 hours per day.

📌 Your Responsibilities

Text communication with fans in OnlyFans chats
Maintaining audience interest and engagement
Selling ready-made content
Keeping basic internal statistics (training provided)
Following the Team Lead’s guidelines and strategy

👉 Text-only work — no personal photos, videos, or calls required.

📌 Payment & Commission

💰 Payments are made once a month — between the 5th and 10th for the previous month.

An advance payment or early payout may be available during the first month.
Per shift, you will manage 1–3 profiles, evenly distributed among chatters.
Income growth directly depends on your engagement and performance.

📌 Requirements

English level B1–B2+
Age 18–35
PC or laptop
Stable internet connection and ability to work during power outages
Strong written communication skills
Availability for full shifts
Responsibility and strong earning motivation
Experience in chatting / OnlyFans is a plus but not required
We provide full training from scratch and ongoing support at every stage.
