Job Description

❗️REQUIRED ENGLISH LEVEL — B2+
❗️ONLYFANS CHATTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

We are an international team specializing in marketing and full management of Creator OF accounts. We work exclusively with large, established models and influencers who already have traffic and active audiences.

Unlike most agencies, we do not work with unknown models — you will work with profitable accounts from day one 🔥

Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Chat Manager / Chatter (remote).

📌 Work Schedule

5/2 schedule (five working days, two days off).
Days off are agreed individually with the Team Lead.

Available shifts:

🕗 08:00–16:00 — Morning shift
🌆 16:00–24:00 — Evening shift
🌙 24:00–08:00 — Night shift

Full-time — 8 hours per shift.

📌 Responsibilities
Text communication with fans
Maintaining engagement and conversation flow
Selling ready-made content
Keeping basic internal statistics
Working according to Team Lead strategy

👉 Text only — no calls, no personal photos or videos.

📌 Payment

💰 Payments are made once a month (5–10th) for the previous month.

Advance or early payout may be available during the first month.

Per shift, you will manage 1–3 profiles, distributed evenly among chatters.
Your income directly depends on your performance and sales.

📌 Requirements
English level B2–C1+
OnlyFans chatter experience is required
Age 18–35
PC or laptop
Stable internet connection
Ability to work during power outages
Fast typing skills
Sales and communication skills
Responsibility
Strong motivation to earn
Ability to follow scripts and strategy

Will be a plus:

Sales experience
Experience with large accounts
Upselling / PPV / Mass messages experience
