Chat Manager (Onlyfans)

Job Description

We are Rare, a team specializing in comprehensive management of OnlyFans accounts. We are currently expanding and looking for responsible Chat Managers who want stable employment and opportunities for professional growth.

Work format:

• Fully remote

• Text-only work (no photos or videos required from the candidate)

• English level from A2 (written)

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with fans via chat

• Maintaining audience interest and engagement

• Selling content and achieving set targets

• Working with prepared scripts and individual guidance from the team lead

There is consistent traffic on the accounts — no empty shifts.

Schedule (shift options):

• Morning shift: 08:00–16:00

• Evening shift: 16:00–00:00

• Night shift: 00:00–08:00 (most profitable shift)

Schedule is 5/2, full-time only. Combining with other jobs is not allowed.

Conditions & Payment:

• Monthly payouts

• Average beginner income: $400–600

• Average chatter income: $1000–2000

• Experienced chatters earn: $2500+

• Advances available, team lead support, training, and a clear working system
