Job Description

We’re hiring a results-driven Chatter with a proven track record in digital sales, subscriber engagement, and revenue generation. In this role, you will manage high-volume one-on-one subscriber conversations, drive consistent conversions, and maximize content revenue through strategic, emotionally intelligent communication.

This position is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and understands how to turn conversations into predictable, repeatable sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily one-on-one subscriber chats with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

Drive content unlocks, upsells, and PPV conversions consistently

Apply conversational psychology to build rapport and increase lifetime value

Execute proven sales flows while adapting messaging to each subscriber

Use Infloww to manage chats, tagging, funnels, and performance tracking

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets

Maintain clean chat logs, proper tagging, and workflow discipline

Follow SOPs strictly while optimizing for conversion and retention

What You’ll Bring
Experience & Sales Ability

2+ years of experience in chatting, sales, or CRM-based communication roles

Proven ability to drive sales through conversation, not scripts alone

Strong understanding of buyer psychology, objection handling, and urgency

Consistent unlock ratio of 50–60%+ strongly preferred

Platform & Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Infloww, including:

Chat navigation

Tagging systems

Funnel optimization

Performance tracking

Comfortable working with high chat volume without sacrificing quality

Communication Standards

Flawless English — grammar, spelling, tone, and punctuation must be 10/10

Persuasive, confident, and emotionally intelligent writing style

Able to mirror tone while maintaining brand voice and professionalism

Work Ethic & Reliability

Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven

Comfortable working under clear KPIs and revenue metrics

Reliable, consistent, and able to perform without micromanagement

Professional and composed when handling adult-oriented content

Performance Expectations

Revenue-focused mindset with daily conversion targets

Speed, accuracy, and consistency in chat handling

Strong retention and upsell performance over time

Willingness to be coached, reviewed, and optimized for higher results
