Job Description

We’re hiring skilled European OFM Chat & Sales Talent.

WHAT WE OFFER:
– Earn up to 10% commission on net sales
– Fortnightly pay ALWAYS ON TIME
– Fully remote setup
– 10-hr shifts with 1 hr paid break
– Choose between 5 or 6 days per week

YOUR ROLE:
– Manage daily creator chats
– Build engagement that converts into sales
– Identify sales opportunities naturally within conversations
– Work independently while hitting clear performance targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
– OFM chatting sales/chatting experience is a strong advantage
– Strong written English communication (B2-C1+)
– Consistency, reliability, and strong shift performance
– Sales mindset with confidence in fast-paced chatting environments
