Team Lead of Sales

Job Description

We are a fast-growing digital project in AI monetization, where social media traffic is converted into revenue through chat conversations, subscriptions, and upsells.

We are now looking for a strong Team Lead to take ownership of team performance, processes, and results.

💡 What we do

* AI models monetized through chat communication and subscriptions
* Incoming traffic from Instagram / Facebook / Threads and other social platforms
* Conversion of users to paid platforms (Fanvue, Fansly, and similar)
* 5–10 AI models operating within the system
* Ready-made traffic and conversations — no cold outreach required

🔥 Responsibilities

* Manage a team of 2–5+ chat operators (scaling further)
* Control KPIs: sales, conversions, upsells
* Team growth, scaling, and performance improvement
* Onboarding and training new team members
* Reviewing conversations and improving communication quality
* Optimizing scripts, funnels, and sales processes
* Ensuring team performance and consistent results

👤 Who we are looking for

* Experience as a Team Lead or Senior-level sales/chat operator
* Background in chat sales / dating / OF / web-modeling / affiliate / support + sales
* Strong understanding of KPIs, numbers, and performance tracking
* Leadership and team motivation skills
* Ability to scale processes and revenue

💥 Big plus: ability to bring 1–2 experienced chat operators into the team

💰 Compensation

* $1500 base salary + KPI bonuses + % of team revenue
* Income grows directly with team performance
