In this document, “Site” and “Platform” mean the Loyal Board website.
1.1. The Platform processes personal data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
1.2. By using the Site, the user gives voluntary, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data.
1.3. The Platform is solely an information service and is not an employer, intermediary, or party to any relationship between users.
1.4. The Platform does not participate in interactions between users and does not control their actions.
2.1. The Platform may collect and process the following data: name or nickname, contact details, information voluntarily published by the user on the Site, and technical data.
2.2. The Platform does not collect special categories of personal data except where provided by law.
3.1. Data is processed to operate the Site, publish vacancies and resumes, enable communication between users, improve the service, and comply with Ukrainian law.
3.2. The Platform does not use personal data for illegal or hidden purposes.
4.1. The Platform does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4.2. Data may be transferred only in cases provided by Ukrainian law, when necessary for the technical operation of the Site, or upon an official request from authorized authorities.
4.3. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for actions of third parties who legally obtained access to data.
5.1. The user understands that information posted on the Site may be available to other users.
5.2. The user independently decides whether to publish personal data and bears all related risks.
5.3. By registering on the Site and posting information, the user confirms full responsibility for the content of published materials.
5.4. The Platform does not pre-moderate personal data content published by users.
6.1. The Platform applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
6.2. At the same time, the Platform cannot guarantee absolute security of information on the internet.
7.1. The Site uses cookies for proper service operation, analytics, and improved user experience.
7.2. The user may change cookie settings in their browser.
8.1. The user has the right to receive information about data processing, change or delete their data, and withdraw consent to personal data processing.
9.1. The Platform is not liable for user actions, unauthorized access not caused by the Platform, technical failures, or any consequences related to use of the Site.
10.1. The Platform may change this Policy at any time without prior notice.
10.2. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Site.
11.1. All legal relations are governed by Ukrainian law.

1.4. By using the Site, the user confirms that they are 18 or older, act voluntarily, and agree to these Rules.
1.5. By registering on the Site or publishing vacancies, the user confirms full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
1.6. If the user does not agree to the terms, they must stop using the Site.
1.7. Continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
2.1. The Platform performs only the technical function of posting and displaying information.
2.2. The Platform does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of information, legality of user activity, or fulfillment of agreements.
2.3. The Platform is not a party to agreements, arrangements, or financial transactions between users.
2.4. The Platform does not control user actions and is not responsible for user conduct.
3.1. The user is fully responsible for posted information, its accuracy, and its compliance with Ukrainian law.
3.2. The user agrees not to use the Site to violate Ukrainian law or post illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content.
3.3. The user independently bears all risks associated with using the Site.
4.1. The Loyal Board Platform is not related to creating or distributing adult content.
4.2. Users are prohibited from posting content that violates Ukrainian law, contains signs of illegal activity, or misleads other users.
4.3. The Platform is not responsible for materials posted by users.
4.4. The Platform may remove or edit any content, restrict or block user access, and refuse publication without explaining the reasons.
5.1. The Platform may provide paid services.
5.2. Payment may be made in different ways, including the use of digital assets where this does not contradict Ukrainian law.
5.3. The Platform is not a participant in financial transactions between users and does not control them.
5.4. The Platform is not responsible for any payments made by users.
5.5. The user is independently responsible for tax and financial obligations.
6.1. The Platform is not liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, data or reputation, user actions, or outcomes of interactions between users.
6.2. All information on the Site is provided “as is” without any warranties.
7.1. The Platform does not conduct mandatory user checks.
7.2. The user independently decides whether to interact with other users and bears all related risks.
8.1. All Site materials belong to the Platform or are used legally.
8.2. Copying or using materials without permission is prohibited.
9.1. The user may post vacancies only in compliance with Ukrainian law.
9.2. Posting vacancies that contain signs of fraud, mislead users, violate third-party rights, or relate to illegal activity is prohibited.
9.3. Vacancies must contain truthful information, clear cooperation terms, and correct contact details.
9.4. The Platform may remove vacancies or refuse publication without explaining the reasons.
10.1. This document is a public offer for the provision of services.
10.2. By using the Site or paying for services, the user automatically accepts the terms of this offer.
10.3. The service is considered provided from the moment it is activated.
10.4. After access to a service is provided, funds are not refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate payment.
10.5. The Platform does not guarantee any result from using the services.
11.1. The Platform may change these Rules at any time without prior notice.
11.2. The current version is always available on the Site.
12.1. All legal relations are governed by Ukrainian law.
12.2. All disputes are resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
The Platform is not an employer, staffing agency, or intermediary and is not a party to legal relations between users.
The Platform does not participate in creating, posting, or distributing any content published by users.
Users are independently responsible for the content of posted vacancies and materials and must comply with applicable Ukrainian law.
Posting any content that violates Ukrainian law, including prohibited or illegal materials, is forbidden.
