Position: Head of Traffic
Salary: Fixed salary + performance-based bonus

We are looking for a strong Head of Traffic who will take charge of managing the agency’s entire traffic division: from existing sources and teams to identifying, testing, and launching new acquisition methods.

Responsibilities
— Managing teams and specialists across various traffic channels:
• GG traffic, SFS, Swaps, Instagram, TikTok platforms, and others.
— Setting goals for channel managers and specialists, monitoring progress and results.
— Building a unified workflow system for the traffic department.
— Monitoring the volume, quality, and cost of acquired traffic.
— Tracking conversions throughout the entire funnel: traffic → subscriber → buyer → revenue.
— Tracking the effectiveness of traffic sources and allocating resources to the most effective channels.
— Identifying new traffic sources and new audience acquisition strategies.
— Organizing tests of new hypotheses: from concept to measurable results.
— Launching new initiatives from scratch and building teams and processes to support them.
— Scaling workflows.
— Optimizing and automating processes within the department.
— Providing regular reports on each initiative.
— Collaborating with the content team and other agency departments to increase traffic conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For
— Experience working with traffic on OnlyFans / Fansly.
— Experience managing a team or multiple traffic initiatives.
