💬 What does the job entail?​

Your task is to correspond with followers on behalf of the model, keep the audience engaged, and foster communication.

We handle all user acquisition—you don’t need to look for clients on your own.

📋 What do you need to do?​

✔ Communicate with followers on behalf of the model.

✔ Build trusting relationships with the audience.

✔ Offer paid content (PPV) and work on upselling.

✔ Send out newsletters and post updates on the page.

✔ Follow the team’s internal guidelines.

💰 How much can you earn?​

Your income depends entirely on your performance—there’s no cap on earnings.

• Commission rate starting at 20%, with the potential to increase to 25%.

• Additional bonuses for meeting targets.

• Average income for newcomers: $400+.

• Experienced employees earn $1,000+.

• Bonuses:
up to $500 per referred model;
$50 per invited chatter.

💸 Payments​

✔ Payments are made twice a month.

✔ Payments are available in USDT (TRC20) or USDC (Polygon).

✔ If needed, we’ll help you set up a crypto wallet and figure out how to withdraw funds.

The first payment is made after the probationary period ends.

Payment schedule:

• 8th–10th — advance payment.

• 21st–25th — main payment.

🕐 Work Schedule (Kyiv time)​

This is a fully remote position.

There are 4 shifts available:

🌅 Morning — 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

🌇 Day — 12:00 PM–6:00 PM

🌙 Evening – 6:00 PM–12:00 AM

🔮 Night – 12:00 AM–6:00 AM

Each employee is assigned a specific shift.

If necessary, shifts can be changed in advance by mutual agreement.
