Hi! My name is Alisa 👋
I’m an independent recruiter and I recruit staff for several teams that work with OnlyFans.

We currently have openings for chat agents. I’m considering both experienced candidates and beginners who haven’t worked in this field before.

💬 WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

The job involves communicating with subscribers on behalf of the model: engaging in conversations, keeping them interested, and selling content.

No phone calls, video calls, or creating your own content. All work is done remotely on a computer.

💰 PAYMENT TERMS

• 20% of sales and tips
• Earnings are accrued starting from your first shift
• First payment after 2 weeks
• Subsequent payments twice a month
• Payments in USDT
• An advance payment can be discussed if necessary

For newcomers, earnings in the first month typically start at $700+. After that, it all depends on your results and skills. There is no cap on maximum earnings.

📚 IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE

You can start from scratch.

Before starting full-time work, you’ll undergo training, which is paid from day one. You’ll receive a ready-made knowledge base, materials, and working scripts.

Throughout your work, you’ll have 24/7 support from your team lead, so if you have questions or encounter difficult situations, you can always ask for help.

You won’t have to search for subscribers on your own either. Teams work with existing incoming traffic.

🖥 WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK

• A desktop or laptop
• A stable internet connection
• A decent typing speed
• A desire to learn and work toward results
