🌙 Why the night shift?

Nighttime is prime time for the English-speaking audience (U.S., Canada, UK), which is why the night shift offers the highest earnings.

We’re currently actively expanding our team specifically for the night shift:
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (priority)

Also available:
• 08:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 24:00

💬 What you’ll be doing:

• Communicate with fans in English
• Spark interest and keep their attention
• Sell pre-made content
• Track basic statistics

You’ll have a ready-made workflow, scripts, and support from the team lead.

📌 Requirements:

• English proficiency at C1+ level
• Ages 18–35
• Desktop/laptop
• Stable internet connection
• Ability to work during power outages
• Willingness to work 8 hours
• Desire to earn money

💼 Conditions:

• Full-time
• 5-day workweek, 2 days off
• 1–3 lead forms per shift
• Paid once a month
• Guaranteed rate of $100–140 in the first month, depending on the number of shifts
• The rate is paid in addition to a percentage of sales
• Advances or early payments are also possible
• Average income for newcomers: $400–600
• Your income depends on your performance
